Who is this Course For?
This plumbing course is designed specifically for qualified, experienced engineers who intend to work on domestic unvented hot water storage systems. If you’re looking to expand your skills and certification in this specialist area, this course is ideal for you.
Entry Requirements
To enrol, candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Relevant Qualification: S/NVQ Level 2 or 3, BTEC, or equivalent.
- Industry Registration: e.g. Gas Safe Register, ACS, OFTEC 105E, or equivalent.
- Experience (Installation): Minimum of two years’ experience in installing domestic heating and hot water systems, with skills equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or 3, supported by a witness testimony.
- Experience (Design/Advice): Minimum of two years’ experience in providing design and advisory services for domestic systems, equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or 3, supported by a witness testimony.

📅 Certificate Validity: Your certificate is valid for five years. Reassessment is required upon expiry. Previous certification must be presented for re-entry.
