Our Story
Honouring the Legacy of Chris Wright (1975–2023)
All Smart Training was founded in 2017 by Chris Wright — a driven and passionate industry professional with a clear mission: to raise the standard of training across the energy and utilities sector.
Chris believed great training should go beyond ticking boxes. For him, it was about building people up — giving engineers the tools, knowledge, and mindset to step into the field with confidence and pride.
His no-nonsense approach, industry experience, and genuine care for learners became the foundation of our success.
Those who trained with Chris will remember his favourite line when it was time to step up:

It was classic Chris — direct, honest, and delivered with a smile. He knew when to challenge people and when to support them, always pushing for growth and never settling for less than their best.
Although Chris sadly passed away in 2023, his values continue to shape everything we do. His legacy lives on through every learner we support, every standard we uphold, and every engineer we help prepare for the real world.
