About SHEA Core

SHEA Core is the foundation qualification within the SHEA scheme. It is suitable for operatives, supervisors and managers working in utilities environments who need a recognised health and safety credential.

The course ensures candidates understand their responsibilities and can work safely in line with legal and industry requirements.

Successful candidates receive:

  • EUSR registration
  • A SHEA Passport card
  • Recognition across utility sector operational sites
  • A credential often accepted in place of a standard CSCS card (site dependent)
